Chapter 9 : About Time The Human Girl Became No More Clueless

He was leaning closer to her, to her neck to be exact. She wanted to move but she was too afraid to even make a little move. She was afraid that he would explode if she was trying to do a little fight. She was afraid of him since she learned that it was so easy to hit his button and make him explode.

Alex really was shaking in her shoes and she was crying and she didn’t even realize it.

Justin sure noticed that and it made him stop his move.

“what?” he spat, annoyed.

She was trying her best to lift her head up and look him in the eyes . In actuality she was afraid of his intimidating eyes, but since she couldn’t say a word so she had to do it. Looking someone in the eyes could be an answer when that someone asks you a question. She wanted to tell him not to kill her cuz she wasn’t ready but instead sadness and fear were all that was written in her eyes. Then again, eyes never tell lies.

Justin felt some type of way seeing how her eyes screaming sadness and fear. The next second, he only stared at her, without producing any words. They both were just staring at each other for some minutes. And tears were still pouring from Alex’ eyes, little by little.

After 3 minutes or so, Justin finally broke the eyes contact. He looked at the window right beside them both standing and then the next words that were spilled out from his mouth surprised Alex.

“let’s get out of here” he said.

“what?” she managed to say. She was still looking at him in the eyes even though he was doing the otherwise.

“I’ll help you to get out of here and go back to your town” he said, still looking at the window.

She didn’t know what to think. She thought that she was dreaming that she could stop Justin from killing her. But truth was, it wasn’t a dream. Before she could comprehend what was going on, Justin held her hand and they both were walking to the door.

“Justin, you’re really helping me?” she finally uttered some words. She still was looking at him, trying to read his face but his face was unreadable.

“yeah” he replied.

He was just looking straight to the front. He never looked at her since he broke their eyes contact.

Only some footsteps ahead again and they both would reach the door.

“damn” Justin spat all of a sudden but it didn’t stop him from walking.

On the other side, it startled Alex. Out of her curiosity, she managed to ask,

“what is it?”

Justin didn’t give her any sign that he would respond. He just kept walking, staring deadly straight to the door. Actually, Alex was eager to know as to why he looked like he wanted to eat somebody but she was afraid that it would distract Justin, because if that happened, nothing good was the only result she would get, definitely. To her, it was a miracle at the fact he could change his mind from wanting to kill her to saving her and she wouldn’t take it for granted so she knew too well to better just shut up cuz sure as hell he liked it.

While Alex was swimming in her head, wondering stuff as to why Justin changed his mind to saving her instead of getting rid of her, the door was opened but they were still a few steps away from the door. Justin and Alex stopped their steps. Somebody just opened the door and to Alex’ worry, it was Maria.

“Justin, why are you holding her?” Maria was asking as soon as the door was wide opened.

From the sound of her voice, it was clear, she was startled and confused of what she was seeing. She stood right in the door with 3 newborns behind her.

“none of your business. Get out of my way, Maria” Justin replied nonchalantly.

“Justin, I’m being serious. Why haven’t you bit her yet? And why are you holding her walking to the door?” she was asking but Justin just looked at her as he shrugged his shoulders.

“Justin, you’re.. you’re helping her?” Maria was saying in her realization.

Justin still didn’t say any words. Meanwhile, Alex was anxious. She was wondering and preparing herself for the thing that could possibly happen in the next second.

“Justin, why? You’ll get nothing by helping her and you’ll get gold by finishing her off. You know that.” Maria was saying

“whatever. Just get out of my way” he finally uttered some words. Alex was really grateful how Maria’s words didn’t get to him.

“no. I won’t let you. Leave her here, Justin, and you can go if you really want to” she said, she sounded serious. Well, sure she was. Letting her go with Justin was like sending herself to hell

“I’m playing no games right now” Justin responded. He sounded really serious that it made Maria kind of upset.

“oh please Justin, don’t make everything so hard.” she said and Justin didn’t respond

“I don’t wanna do this Justin but you made me do this” Maria was saying again as she shook her head a little and soon one of the newborns pulled Alex’ hands and then she wasn’t in Justin’s hold again.

“ouch!” Alex uttered bc of the newborn sudden move of pulling her from Justin harshly.

“let me go!!” she urged as she realized that she wasn’t held by Justin anymore.

Meanwhile Justin just remained still but his eyes were being sharper and deadly by the seconds.

“Justin, just leave. Let her here with me” Maria was speaking.

She got no respond from Justin, instead he looked at Alex who was behind Maria being held by her newborns. Alex didn’t feel like she wanted to utter some words but instead her eyes were screaming for help and then she felt like she got so much weight in her head and the next second, she fainted. It was Justin who did that..

The newborn who was holding her kind of startled of Alex being fainted and then before everyone in the room had idea of what’s going on, Justin made a fast move and soon Alex was back in his hold again and that made everyone in the room had idea of what’s going on.

“Justin, what the f..?” Maria was saying and before she even finished her words, Justin sprinted out of the room.

“chase him and get her!!!” Maria ordered the newborns seeing Justin made the move.

While the 3 newborns were running after Justin and Alex as they spreading the words to the all newborns in the mansion, Maria was still standing in the room. Disappointed, anger and disgust washed over her. She couldn’t believe she let Justin go with her that easy right in front of her and how he could take Alex away from her in seconds. And the next second, she washed over by fear. She couldn’t believe she put herself to a great danger by letting him go with her.

Meanwhile, Justin was still trying to get him and Alex out of the mansion but the fact that he was in third floor didn’t really help. He couldn’t just walk to the front door bc there would be so many newborns there and he didn’t wanna fight them while he had Alex in his hands and besides he couldn’t just jump from the third floor to the ground outside from a window bc that might wake Alex up and he didn’t need Alex to open her eyes any time soon. It was about time that Alex would wake up from her unconscious and Justin knew that she could wake up any minute since Justin didn’t do so much with her head when he made her faint bc it wouldn’t be good if Justin messed up her head just like he messed up others since she was a human being. Justin could smell how the newborns were getting closer to him. So he eventually came up with a decision to just fight them but first he made sure that he had to put Alex in the safe room. To Justin’s luck, he smelt coffins near around him so he decided to go there and apparently just like he thought, it was a big bed room a.k.a the coffin’s room. He then considered that it was a safe room for Alex especially when he put her in Maria’s coffin since it would be impossible for the newborns to come to this room at night. He soon found Maria’s coffin which looked different from the others’. Hers was classic while the others’ were elegant. Her coffin was put at the center of the room so it just made Justin easier to know that it should have been hers.

After leaving Alex in their bedroom. He was standing in front of a room’s door, beside a big window and leaning himself there while waiting for the newborns or Maria to come. Minutes passed and 3 newborns found him. He just stared at them lazily.

“where’s she?” one of the 3 said, Gerald. While the other one, Josh, whistled like it was for a sign of something and Justin knew that this third floor would be filled by newborns any time soon.

Justin didn’t reply instead he turned his head to the big window and smirked a little and the newborns got that. Alex left the mansion from that window, they thought. Gerald walked to the window and looked at the outside as he said

“if the human girl did leave from this, meaning she’s still near around this mansion knowing that it must’ve taken ages for her to get down there”

Just right after Gerald finished his sentence, so many newborns were coming to the third floor. Now the floor looked kind of crowded.

“we’re not afraid of you, Justin. don’t play with us.” Gerald was saying as he glanced at Justin

“shit!” Justin cursed in his head. He smelt the presence of Queen Mertha’s army near around the mansion. He knew no one would be aware of that as long as the army hadn’t come in the mansion.

“get her!” Gerald said again, obviously ordering the newborns.

“what about fighting against me first?” Justin responded just right after Gerald finished his words. And it made the newborns held their feet to go run after Alex.

“just go get her guys. We have nothing to do with Justin” Gerald said but the next words that came from Justin’s mouth only made them couldn’t make a step.

“don’t be such a bunch of chicken newborns. Fight me. If you all really are newborns, that must be no sweat of finishing me off” Justin challenged as he stared at all the newborns and smirked.

“what the fuck are you saying?” one of the newborns urged.

It was easy to hit a newborn’s button and Justin sure knew that.

“you heard me. Just fight me oh that’s only if you’re not afraid though” Justin was saying nonchalantly.

The newborns only got angrier by the seconds.

“guys, c’mon! just go get Alexis!” Gerald was ordering, trying to take control of his newborn pals.

“how the fuck can you let him go after insulting us all like that?” one of them said again.

“fuck you, Justin Bieber. We’re not afraid of you!” one of them said, Josh.

Josh was one of the 3 newborns that was really trusted by Maria and he was one of her favorites. So when he said something, it would be the newborns’ command.

And with that, the fight was begun.

Gerald was the one who could control his emotion among the others bc he was the oldest newborn there and in just a couple months he would become whole as his new self. Maria’s newborns tended to be in a long term of being a newborn bc Maria herself would always made them close to the newborn’s life so they would live as a newborn as longer as possible Maria could control and it would be such a luck for her cuz newborns tended to have so much power compared to the others but the ones who had given a gift that it made them special among others, just like Justin, Queen Mertha, Maria, Liz, they all had their own gifts so their power were no less compared to newborns’.

There were 26 newborns there who were fighting with Justin. Third floor looked like a mess. Seeing that, Gerald knew he couldn’t stop them and made them back in track to go get Alex so he decided to tell Maria about that.

On the other side, Justin smirked just right at the time of the fight started. He liked it how his little effort worked. But then he became all serious when fighting them. He was in a fight with 26 newborns but he still could know what’s going on around him and yeah he knew that Gerald was leaving the third floor and he was guessing he went for Maria but he just didn’t give a crap about him and let it be so. Justin’s focus was always the best.

Justin couldn’t let all of Queen Mertha’s army died in those newborns’ hands so he decided to help them a little by finishing off some newborns so her army would find little difficulty when fighting against them if the newborns weren’t that much of a number compared to the army.

Meanwhile, Alex was still in her unconsciousness. Actually she was close to open her eyes the minute Justin put her in Maria’s coffin but then Justin did it again to her, he messed her head up a little and that was enough to make her drown back to her unconsciousness. She had no idea what was going on with her, the only thing she knew that she was having so much weight in her head and then those 6 faces from the same person came to her. She was startled by that and the next second she was shaking in her shoes bc the faces just looked that creepy and they still looked blur. She wanted to close her eyes but she felt like she couldn’t even blink and then she felt like her heart fell from its place when those 6 blur faces were gone but replaced by Justin’s face and what creeped her out was that Justin was smiling so big, showing his fangs. She could feel how her mouth fell to the ground seeing that and she could feel how her head was getting heavier because of that and also because of a question that stuck there the minute she saw Justin smiling showing his fangs.

“what are you?”

She felt like she knew the answer but she just pretended like she didn’t know. Her logic couldn’t buy it at all. She thought it was impossible knowing that it’s 2014, a heck of modern era. And she just couldn’t accept the fact if it was possible, if he really was what she thought he could be with that fangs. She kept telling herself that it was impossible but his face just looked that real.. She knew she hated him for always being an asshole to her but she also knew that she liked it seeing him smile cuz he got one of those beautiful smiles but this time his smile creeped the shit out of her.
